







Historical profile
Loganair is a regional commuter airline with a comprehensive network of scheduled services and is now one of the longest established airlines in the United Kingdom. It has been in operation for 30 years and serves the Highlands and Islands as well as City of Derry, Dublin and the Isle of Man. Since 1994 they have been operating as a British Airways franchise partner for all scheduled services. However they also have a small inter-island operation within the Orkney islands, which operates in the Loganair name. This will remain separate from the new Agreement.
Chief Officer team
Scott Grier - Chairman
Scott has been with Loganair since 1976 where he started as an accountant. He progressed to Chief Executive until 1997 when he arranged the management buyout. He has continued to grow the company to become the airline it is today.
Peter Tierney - Chief Executive Officer
Peter commenced his working life at Caledonian Airmotive prior to joining the John Wood Group where he held a number of managerial positions. In 2003 he moved to Vancouver, Canada to head up Vector Aerospace as CEO. Peter has now returned to Scotland and joined Loganair in July 2007.
David Harrison - Finance Director
David is Loganair's Finance Director and has been with the company for five years. Prior to joining Loganair, David held Finance Director positions in both publicly listed and privately owned companies. His previous aviation experience included nine years working in the helicopter business for Bond Helicopters and Helicopter Services Group.
David Neill - Chief Commercial Officer
David has worked with regional airlines since 1989, where he started with Loganair. He then worked with British Regional and BA Connect for the following 13 years and was based in the Isle of Man and Manchester. David rejoined Loganair in Jan 07 and his responsibility covers all the commercial aspects of the company.
Andy Jolly - Chief Operations Officer
Andy initially started with Loganair in 1977 based at Aberdeen from where he moved to Glasgow and eventually went on to work for BRAL on the IOM. Following a period as Commercial Director with HCE Helicopters in Aberdeen, Andy returned to Glasgow and Loganair in 1998. He was originally in charge of operations and revenue management before becoming Director of Commercial Operations and subsequently Chief Operations Officer in Oct 06.
